Description
The Director of Operations is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and support to restaurant level management necessary to consistently achieve sales and profit objectives which exceeds guest expectations through the service of high-quality food and beverages in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The Director of Operations is responsible for the ongoing development of all levels of restaurant FOH & BOH management staff.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4 year college degree or equivalent
- 7+ years high volume food service and multi-unit experience required
- Knowledge of food and beverage order processing systems
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends, nights/late nights and holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch
- Must regularly lift and /or move up to 75 pounds
- Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under noisy and fast paced working conditions
